The Beaufort & Skipton Health Service Foundation (BASHSF) is managed by an elected Board of Management. The Board of Management meet quarterly and are elected/appointed at the Annual General Meeting each year. The Board operates under a Constitution. In 2014, the BASHSF was transitioned from an entity registered with ASIC to ACNC (Australian Charities & Not for Profit Commission).
